About Chambers Fine Coffee

Chambers Fine Coffee was founded in Sydney in 2015 with a single conviction: that great coffee is not a luxury — it is a standard. We set out to build a brand that takes specialty coffee seriously without taking itself too seriously.

Our Story

We started in Haymarket, one of Sydney's most competitive café corridors. From day one, we roasted our own beans, trained our own baristas, and designed our own spaces. That vertical integration — from green bean to finished cup — is still the foundation of everything we do.

Today, Chambers operates 15 venues across Greater Sydney. The roastery is still in Sydney. The standard is still the same.

Our Coffee Philosophy

We source from farms we trust, in regions we know. Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe produces the floral, bright beans behind our Almond Blossom blend. Colombia's Huila highlands give Starry Night its stone-fruit complexity. Brazil's Minas Gerais delivers the chocolate-and-caramel backbone of Golden Hour.

Every batch is roasted to order. Every espresso is dialled in daily. There are no shortcuts.

Chambers is built by people who care about coffee — baristas, roasters, designers, and operators who have spent careers in specialty coffee. We invest in training, pay above-award wages, and promote from within.
