Chambers Fine Coffee has been roasting in Sydney since 2014 with a single conviction: that great coffee is not a luxury — it is a standard. We set out to build a brand that takes specialty coffee seriously without taking itself too seriously.
We started in Haymarket, one of Sydney's most competitive café corridors. From day one, we roasted our own beans, trained our own baristas, and designed our own spaces. That vertical integration — from green bean to finished cup — is still the foundation of everything we do.
Today, Chambers serves communities across Greater Sydney. The roastery is still in Sydney. The standard is still the same.
Our range is built around distinct ways of drinking coffee. Almond Blossom is our smooth, naturally sweet signature house espresso; Starry Night is the stronger, richer medium-dark espresso blend; and Single O Decaf uses Colombian 100% Arabica coffee processed with the Swiss Water Method.
Every bag of coffee ordered online is roasted fresh in Sydney and dispatched within days of roasting.
Chambers is built by people who care about coffee — baristas, roasters, designers, and operators who have spent careers in specialty coffee. We invest in training, pay above-award wages, and promote from within.
