Almond Blossom is the heart of Chambers Coffee. Our signature house espresso blend is crafted for everyday drinking: the coffee you can return to whether you are pulling a straight shot or steaming milk for a flat white, latte or cappuccino.
We built Almond Blossom around balance. It is a medium roast with no harsh edges and no one-note bitterness, only a clean, rounded espresso with a naturally sweet finish. The cup opens with almond and milk chocolate, then carries stone fruit and caramel sweetness through the finish.
That balance makes Almond Blossom exceptionally versatile. It stays smooth and rounded as espresso or a long black, while its sweetness and body carry beautifully through milk. Whether your morning ritual is a quick espresso at home or a slow flat white before work, it is designed to deliver a consistent, satisfying cup.
Almond Blossom is available as whole beans or ground for espresso, French press, V60 and filter brewing. Choose 250g if you are trying the blend for the first time or drink coffee occasionally. Choose 1kg if coffee is part of your daily routine; it is the best everyday value for regular home coffee drinkers.
Every bag is roasted fresh in Sydney and dispatched within days of roasting. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight and moisture, and grind only what you need just before brewing.
